I am registered with the CNHC (Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council), the UK’s voluntary regulator for complimentary health practitioners, set up with government funding and support to help people find a therapist that they can trust. I also belong to the Complimentary Therapists Association, a leading professional association representing complimentary therapists in the UK and Ireland.
I am available during the week Monday to Friday. Please see below for the specific times I can offer treatments.
I have been privileged to experience first-hand the incredible and powerful benefits of a listening, caring touch during massage therapy. My desire is to give to you some of what I have been so fortunate to receive.
Being a part of the journey into parenthood is truly an honour and a joy! Incorporating aspects of my training and experience, along with a listening touch, my aim is to bring to your body just what it needs and to leave your mind and body in an ultimate state of relaxation.
Julie practices from her peaceful treatment room in Radnage, equiped with all the professoinal Hydrotherm warm water cushions.

Pregnancy massage is a natural way to support your emotional and physical well-being throughout all trimesters, complimenting the medical care that you will receive from your chosen health practitioners.
During the first trimester you experience huge hormonal changes. It is a time of physical and emotional adaption. You may be wondering whether it is advisable to have a massage during the first 12 weeks of your pregnancy. There are many benefits to exploring this type of treatment to support the multitude of changes that you are undergoing, particularly in relation to reducing stress levels. There is no research to show that bodywork is harmful and the approach to your treatment will be determined by a full health consultation and discussion about your needs at this important time.

There is commonly a feeling that you must achieve the best of everything – balancing family, social pressures, home and work – allowing little time to rest and look after yourself. I will support you post-natally from the birth of your baby to the end of the first year.
Having treatment with me during your postnatal period may bring you the following benefits:
Your treatment time will be focused entirely upon your needs – there is no massage ‘formula’ to follow.
